• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant bet outcome can be determined, CT777 will settle the bet according to the applicable sport's rules as published in the platform's betting rules section.
• PSL, T20 international, and other cricket bets are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant cricket authority. In the event of a dispute over a result, CT777 will use the official scorecard as the authoritative source.

CT777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

• A player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity or is linked to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these terms, CT777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance.
